TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed suppliers/vendors for printing and supply of (a) Wide Angle Magazine, (b) Certificate, (c) Invitation Card for College Foundation Day, 2019 of Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration.

 

Quotations must contain detailed specifications of the items along with other information and terms and conditions if required. Quotation must be submitted in original separately clearly mentioning all levies, taxes etc. along with any other cost thereon; failing which tender is summarily rejected. All other legal documents must be furnished along with quotations. No prescribed form relating to this quotation is available in the college. Self-made format is acceptable. The quotation documents are non-returnable. The college authority has the right to reduce/enhance the quantity of each item if required depending upon the financial approval of the higher authority. The Principal/Officer-in-Charge, Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration, reserve the right to accept/reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason thereof. It is further informed that VAT/GST/Income-tax clearance certificate by the suppliers for supply value above Rs.50,000/- will have to be furnished.
