It is for the information of all THIRD YEAR B.COM. (HONS.) students that the college has received a proposal for Campus Recruitment Drive from the renowned corporate house Futures First. The company is going to recruit the outgoing B.Com. third year students for the role of Trainee – Market Analyst for all its five branches in India.

 

Total Compensation, which is the sum of Salary and Performance Bonus,will be INR 920,000 per annum on a Cost-to-Company (CTC) basis in the first year comprising:

 

• Base Salary of INR 7,20,000 per annum. Based on current compensation policy, the monthly salary could be reviewed at the end of every trimester based on individual’s performance.
• Additional benefits of INR 50,000 which include retirals/gratuity, if applicable, and employee welfare initiatives.
• Indicative but “not assured” performance bonus of INR 1,50,000. The average performance bonus that current high-performing analysts have made in their 1st year of employment stands at approximately INR 1, 50,000.

 

Interested students must report to the college and contact Prof. Sreerupa Ray or Prof Deepashree Chatterjee from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on 10th June 2016 (Friday), 14th June (Tuesday)or 15^th June (Wednesday) to register their names and sign consent forms.

 

The date of the interview will be communicated shortly. Students must note that only those who can attend the interview (which would most probably be in the third week of June) should register their names.
