This is to inform all concerned that the University authorities have , through a written communication to the undersigned, enquired about how the college has covered the syllabus of the 6th Semester of B.Com. Course and Final Semester of PG Course and urged the college to do the needful in this regard. The text of the letter of the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs runs as follows:

“As you know, due to lockdown our teaching-learning activities are significantly affected and we have to resume it as soon as possible when the lock- down will be withdrawn.

Part III/ Semester VI Under-Graduate examinations and Final Semester Post-Graduate examinations will start after one month from the opening day of the University. So I request you to complete the corresponding courses through online lectures/ study materials etc. as early as possible.”

In view of this, the Secretary of the Teachers’ Councils and all the Head of the Departments are requested to make necessary arrangements to comply with the aforesaid directive.

Since our college has already taken this initiative through uploading class notes/ lectures in the website of the college, along with the facility of faculty counselling through telephone, the same should be continued to complete the syllabus.

Prof. Asit Kumar Ghosh, Convenor of the Projects Committee, is also requested to do the needful so that students may submit the projects within the stipulated time.
